...although he doesn't know it.

I attended EclipseCon 2007 a couple of weeks ago and decided that I needed to pay a little more attention to the community aspects of Eclipse and related topics. In the closing session, Mike Milinkovich asked the attendees how many had blogs, and how many had blogged about Eclipse. I couldn't raise my hand for either question since I hadn't started this blog yet.

That being said, I've been beating up Eclipse and extending it for my own purposes for a couple of years now. I've learned a lot and done a lot, and have decided I need to share what I've learned. This blog will be one forum for doing so, and I'm also working on a couple of tutorials related to the Europa release in a couple of months, which will be another outlet. Whatever I do, I'll mention it here for anyone who cares to follow along.
